Benefit was champion stallion at the Oldenburg approvals in 2017 and was celebrated as price highlight of the auction (600.000€). The swedish Lövsta Stutteri bought Benefit as a big hope for the Swedish world-class rider Tinne Vilhelmson who is already winning Grand Prix-classes with Benefit's grand sire Benetton Dream.
An extraordinary modern type, ideal proportions and impressive movements are only some of Benefit's great qualitites. With his presence he wins everyone over. Under the saddle he shows balance and a great attitude.
Benefit's father Belantis was Vice-world champion as a six-year-old and is on his way to Grand Prix with Isabell Werth. He is a descendant of Benetton Dream (Tinne Vilhelmson) and the popular P-damline from Neustadt (damline of the former world champion Poetin (by Sandro Hit)). Benetton Dream was German champion himself as a three-year-old and had left an outstanding crop in Germany before he left to Sweden: there are eleven approved sons so far, Ben Kingsley and Bon Coeur among them, and Benetton Dream is also damsire of the ruling world champion Don Martillo.
Benefit's dam Sam adds an interesting outcross to the German breeding. Her father Sir Tender succeeded in Prix-St.Georges-classes and is a son Sion out of a dam by Contender. The KWPN stallion Sion has been on one of the smaller stations in Oldenburg and could produce 63 offsprings succeeding at "S-level" in both showjumping and dressage. In third Generation, we find Welton who combines the important stallions Weltmeyer and Akzent II, with Figaro and the thoroughbred Manolete xx, Benefit's pedigree has very a solid background.
